Traditional Actions: Eliminate dampness, stimulate the appetite, warm the spleen, arrest diarrhea, regulate the flow of qi and prevent abortion.
Traditional Indications: Vomiting, nausea, abdominal distension, qi stagnation in spleen and stomach.
Suggested Daily Dosage: 2-5g in decoction.
