- Warms the Middle Jiao, promotes digestion and alleviates pain

Indigestion, cold pain in the abdomen
Chest distension
Traumatic injury
Suggested Daily Dosage: 3-6g in decoction.
Cautions: It is contraindicated for Yin deficiency with anaemia and Stomach Fire.
